Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Petal and Chrome jewelry. If you’re not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 15 days of delivery.

Return Conditions:

• Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition.

• No restocking fee will be charged.

• Final sale items do not apply — all items are eligible for return.

Return Shipping:

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

• We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
